I don't think you understand how PC works. You see there are these things called timers. You can only attack districts in a certain window of time based upon the timer), set by the corp who owns the district. Cool

I'm going to guess that EON has changed their timers to take the tournament into account.

And if they move all of their district timers outside of the tourney time they cannot possibly defend them all.
